marble stationary

Image
OK so when i found out about this i was like "no way" but then of course i simply had to try it. this is soooooo dead easy it's not even funny. it's quick, easy and just fun. enjoy marbling your own stationary (or any other piece of paper for that matter) with these basic supplies.  shaving cream food coloring paper (preferably paper with some texture) scotch blue tape also you'll want a cookie sheet, spatula, tooth pick, paper towel, and metal or plastic ruler. 1. take the piece of paper and line the back with the scotch blue tape. this will help the paper not to bend to much after marbling. however a little bit of bending can be expected. 2. squirt the shaving cream on the cookie sheet and put 2 to 3 drops of your base color onto the cream. mix and need the cream until you have a nice looking marble effect, don't worry to much about the marble design, it will do the magic on it's own. spread out the shaving cream, it should be abl...

gift wrapped Christmas tree.

Image
yes i know, shocking right? a gift wrapped Christmas tree. How did he think of it? how could his conscious allow him to do it? but what were all really thinking is how did he do it? well actually it was pretty easy, and i'm going to tell you how to do it. You need 1 small fake Christmas tree ( this is a 3x1.75 ft tree). 1 whole roll a wrapping paper (any pattern). 1 roll of clear scotch tape. and assorted stick on bows. start at the top with your wrapping paper by overlapping the top of the tree, it should encircle the top like a cone, tape together. then fold the top like you would a normal present. then place layers of wrapping paper down the tree, taping to previous layer. make sure that once the second layer is on you can't see the tree through the first layer. continue to bottom of tree then fold the last layer under the tree and tape secure. now cover in bows and there you have it. comment below on your tree wrapping experience.
